Roofing sheets to go on in the next couple of weeks...just need to get a mate to lend a hand.  At 7 metre lengths it could get a little tricky on your own!!!

The floor needs to come up very soon and be recovered in natural form slate.  It will take longer but in the end it will be worth it I think.  This area will be the enclosed veranda for the time being.  We will put a barbecue, an outdoor lounge and table, and a slow combustion wood heater to keep guests warm and comfortable on cooler days.

So how does the new roof look now?
Really enjoyed looking back through your restoration blog. I could feel the excitement building.
What a beautiful part of the state, we will certainly look into a trip out next year.
Thank you :-)

Thanks David. It is slow progress with this self funded project but always exciting. I have finally found a few hours to update the works. 😊

We will look forward to hosting you when you have time for a visit.
